Registrar Relationship

DomainWorld.com is an authorized reseller of domain registration services. Domain registrations are processed through ICANN-accredited registrar partners. DomainWorld.com is not itself an ICANN-accredited registrar. All domain registrations are subject to the policies of the applicable registry and ICANN.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. DomainWorld.com does not store your credit card information. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processing partners.

Identity Verification

Optional identity verification for Trusted Seller status on the DomainWorld.com marketplace is performed through third-party identity verification services. Facial recognition data and identification documents are processed and stored by our verification partner, not by DomainWorld.com.

AI-Powered Services

Domain appraisals and domain name suggestions on DomainWorld.ai are generated using third-party AI models. These valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as financial advice or guaranteed market values. AI-generated domain name suggestions may not always be available for registration.

Marketplace Disclaimer

DomainWorld.com operates as a marketplace connecting domain buyers and sellers. We do not act as a broker, escrow agent, or intermediary in transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee that any transaction will be completed. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own negotiations, payments, and domain transfers outside of the DomainWorld.com platform.

No Commission

DomainWorld.com does not charge commissions on domain sales conducted through the marketplace. Sellers pay only for listing credits. There are no hidden fees or percentage-based charges on completed sales.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DomainWorld.com, DomainWorld.ai, or domains.domainworld.com (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. User Accounts

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
• Single Sign-On: Your DomainWorld.com account provides access across all DomainWorld services, including domain registration at domains.domainworld.com and AI tools at DomainWorld.ai.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

3. Acceptable Use

To keep our community safe, you agree not to:

• Harass or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, offensive, or defamatory content. DomainWorld.com may remove any listing at its discretion.
• Use the Services for spamming, phishing, or spreading malware.
• Attempt to scrape data or bypass our security measures.
• Register domains for the purpose of cybersquatting or trademark infringement.
• Misrepresent your identity or domain ownership.

4. Credits & Payments

• Marketplace listing services are paid for using DomainWorld credits, purchased through our secure payment system.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credit pricing and listing costs may change at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All logos, text, graphics, and software on the Services are the property of DomainWorld.com.
• Your Content: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." DomainWorld.com is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, failed transactions, or inaccurate AI-generated valuations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration; if not, then in Court in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Domain Registration Agreement

1. Registration Services

Domain registration, renewal, and transfer services available at domains.domainworld.com are provided through ICANN-accredited registrar partners. By registering a domain through our Services, you agree to the terms and policies of the applicable domain registry and ICANN.

2. Domain Registration Terms

• Domain registrations are for the period selected at checkout (1 year minimum).
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate WHOIS/registrant contact information.
• False or inaccurate WHOIS data may result in domain cancellation per ICANN policy.

3. Auto-Renewal

• Domains may be set to auto-renew. You can enable or disable auto-renewal per domain in your account.
• If auto-renewal is enabled and a valid payment method is on file, your domain will be automatically renewed and charged at the current renewal rate.
• It is your responsibility to disable auto-renewal if you do not wish to renew a domain.

4. Domain Expiration

• Expired domains enter a grace period during which renewal is possible at the standard rate.
• After the grace period, domains enter a redemption period. Recovery during redemption incurs a significantly higher fee.
• After the redemption period, the domain is released and may be registered by anyone.
• DomainWorld.com sends reminder emails before expiration, but it is your responsibility to renew your domains on time.

5. Domain Transfers

• Inbound transfers require a valid authorization/EPP code from your current registrar.
• Transfers include a one-year extension from the current expiration date.
• Domains must be unlocked and at least 60 days past registration or last transfer before a new transfer can be initiated.

6. WHOIS Data & Privacy

• ICANN requires accurate registrant contact information (WHOIS data) for all domain registrations.
• Your WHOIS information may be publicly accessible depending on the TLD and applicable regulations.
• WHOIS privacy protection may be available as an optional add-on for eligible TLDs.

7. ICANN Rights & Responsibilities

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account or use our Services:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Domain Registration Data: Registrant contact details as required by ICANN and domain registries.
• Payment Information: Processed and stored by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type.
• Support Communications: Ticket content and email correspondence.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain domain registration, marketplace, and AI appraisal services.
• To process payments and send billing notifications.
• To send domain expiration reminders and service updates.

• To comply with ICANN and registry requirements for domain registration data.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Domain Registrars: Domain registration data necessary to register, renew, and transfer domains through our accredited registrar partners.
• Payment Processors: Payment and identity verification data as needed to process transactions securely.
• Domain Registries: Registrant data as required by the applicable TLD registry.
• Law Enforcement: When required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud.

4. Marketplace Privacy

• Buyer inquiries on marketplace listings are forwarded to sellers. Your email address is not shared with sellers unless you choose to respond directly.
• Parking page contact forms forward inquiries to the domain owner. DomainWorld.com does not retain copies of these communications.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for session management and Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

6. Data Security

We use SSL encryption, server firewalls, and secure hosting infrastructure to protect your data. Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

Account and domain registration data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required by ICANN policy. You may request account deletion by contacting us, subject to any legal or regulatory retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. Certain data may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or ICANN compliance purposes.

Refund Policy

Domain Registrations, Renewals & Transfers

All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable. Once a domain registration, renewal, or transfer has been processed, the fees paid are final. This is because domain transactions are processed immediately through the registry and cannot be reversed.

DomainWorld Marketplace Credits

Credits purchased for use on the DomainWorld.com marketplace are non-refundable. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review your case and issue a correction if appropriate.

Domain Disputes (UDRP)

Domain name disputes are handled under ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). If you believe a domain registered through our Services infringes on your trademark, you may file a complaint through an ICANN-approved dispute resolution provider.

DomainWorld.com will comply with any decisions rendered under the UDRP process, including domain transfer or cancellation orders.
